1. Service Presentation

HopQR is an online QR code generation service provided free of charge by HopSite. It allows you to create custom QR codes (color, logo) as well as TOTP QR codes for two-factor authentication.

2. Data Privacy

QR code content is not stored by HopSite. The data you enter (text, TOTP secrets, URLs...) is processed only at the time of image generation and is never stored on our servers.

We only record the technical data necessary for the proper functioning of the service (standard server logs: IP address, date, HTTP code) in accordance with legal obligations.

3. Acceptable Use

Use of the service is free within the framework of normal and non-abusive use. Specifically prohibited:

• Any illegal use or use contrary to public order
• Massive automated requests likely to overload the service
• Generation of QR codes for malicious purposes (phishing, scams...)

HopSite reserves the right to block abusive access without notice.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and without guarantee of permanent availability. HopSite cannot be held responsible for service interruption, whatever the cause.

5. Intellectual Property

"QR Code" is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. The HopQR service is independent of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.
